- Use outdoor security lights with a photocell and/or a motion sensor.
- Turn computers and monitors off when they are not in use.
- Turn large-screen TVs completely off when they are not in use.
- Turn off stereos and radios when they are not in use.
- Turn off the pool pump and/or heater when it is not needed.
